Kim Childs is my Kripalu yoga instructor. She is an awesome and caring teacher, very enthusiastic and keeps you very attuned in what you are doing. I had taken her yoga class for the first time in late December 2005, and I have been hooked ever since, having a huge and positive impact on my mind, body and spirit. My flexibility and strength has increased, which will enhance my work as a massage therapist. I feel awesome and alive, finding myself grounded and energized after each class, ready to face the rest of the week, and yearning for the next class! Kim teaches on Wednesdays from 6:00PM to 7:30PM at the Arlington Center. She is also available for private instruction. My lifestyle has grown to include Kim’s class as part of my way of life, and I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor.
